
Even if it feels like there's no hope left, it's genuinely never too late to help your child sleep better! If you have a child older than 18 months, quality sleep and a healthy sleep association are even more important at this age. Note: To complete a sleep program with a child under 2.5 years old, you'll need to use a crib with rails or a travel crib. We don't offer sleep programs with children in an open bed who are younger than 2.5 years old.
These packages are designed for children aged 18 months to 5 years.
