Building a positive sleep association for children 2.5 years and up is key to avoiding sleep-related fears (the dark, monsters, being alone, etc.) and outright refusals to go to bed. At this age, we also start to see a direct link between quality sleep and school performance, as well as a correlation between sleep issues and behavioral issues.
Note: To complete a sleep program in an open bed, your child must be at least 2.5 years old.
These packages are designed for children aged 18 months to 5 years. With almost 6 years of experience and over 1,000 families we've successfully helped with their child's sleep, we offer customized sleep plans to tackle challenges like: long, difficult bedtimes; frequent or long night wakings; short or irregular naps; early morning wake-ups; and the transition from being rocked, co-sleeping, or falling asleep in arms to falling asleep independently in their own crib.
If your child has or has had gastroesophageal reflux, Eliana, Founder of Little Angel Sleep Consulting, is your go-to sleep consultant.
